The 1600 square-foot establishment, conceived by Soo Chan, Principal of SCDA, is a celebration of good food with quality design. The cooking is like Soo Chan's design manifesto; composed, refined, refreshing and amaranthine. The cooking techniques employed in Bistro Soori coupled with the chef's clever interpretation is like a modern gastro-alchemy.
