One of Shin Kushiya's best items are items skewers (think upscale Tori Q). There are several variations of grilled beef, chicken and pork skewers that all come in the same basic thick teriyaki sauce. In essence, its very basic japanese food with quality ingredients.

The same can be said of its other dishes. My favourite item is the Beef Inaniwa udon - a thin udon in a broth. A staple dish in virtually every Japanese restaurant, but oh so good. The quality of the noodles and the beef is obvious. The texture of the noodles is definitely not your typical run-of-the-mill grade, and is cooked al dente. The beef was tender and packed with flavour, and not overcooked.
