The original XO fish head bee hoon
Overall Score

3.5
Holland Village XO fish head bee hoon is an old-time zhi char hawker that I have been visiting since young, so they probably invented this dish. They are now at Dover, but used to be at Holland Village, hence the name.

Their signature dish, the XO Fish Head Bee Hoon is delicious. The non-XO version tastes good as well, and is cheaper. If you cannot handle all the bones in the fish head, the XO Sliced Fish Bee Hoon offers the same broth and noodles, but with boneless fish fillet that is just as good.

They are also known for their Fried Chicken Wings and Homemade XO Tofu, but these other side dishes can be pricey.
