Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

It was a cold day so I needed something hot to neutralize my body temperature. As I walking along esplanade mall, I came across a cafe concept shop called Max Brenner Chocolate Bar.

I entered and I was greeted well by the staffs. That's a good impression to start off but it only lasts for awhile. I looked through the menu and found many interesting chocolate drinks. One that appeals me is their aphrodisiac drinks. I couldn't remember the name of the drink but I know it contains alcohols.

I ordered my drink and waited for it. The place was empty. Only me and two other tables are filled. They have chocolate pralines on display. I mean you can buy one but price is per 100 gram.

My drink came and I was excited to give it a taste. I tasted more chocolate than alcohol. I thought it was supposed to be an aphrodisiac so I called the staff to address the issue. He told me that the amount of chocolate and alcohol are at right quantity for the drink. I told him again that I can't taste the alcohols but all he could say that he can't change it for me to put extra alcohol.

I didn't want to argue much so I finished my drink, made the payment and left.

Until now, I haven't visit this place.
