Once I stepped into Provence Bakery & Café, I was greeted by the aroma of those freshly backed pastry that immediately tempted my tastebud. The best-selling Chocolate Wassant is non-greasy and soft, rich flavours of butter make it tastier.

I didn’t know that the little Chocolate Wassant preparation can take more than a half day to finish and the production process is so troublesome when I first tasted it. The freshly prepared dough had to be refrigerated until it’s cold before adding chocolate, then the dough had to be refrigerated once more before the entire process is repeated. After that, I treasured every bite of it.
