Penny Tai (戴佩妮)

Penny Tai, a Malaysian Golden Melody Awards singer and songwriter, was born on April 22, 1978 in Johor, Malaysia. Tai started song-writing at the age of 17. She was offered a contract after participating in the Halo Song-writing Contest in Kuala Lumpur, and moved to Taiwan to pursue her career.
