I once inquired through their hotline about the availability of a course I was interested in, but I was instantly put off by the person on the other end of the line. She was insistent on just plain hanging up the phone instead of addressing my inquiries.

Undaunted, I made my way to their campus for a talk on the curse I wanted. I was interested in signing up but once again, the customer service staff there seemed disinterested in me after I'd approached her. I find this utterly demeaning. I'm a customer, seeking a service from PSB, which is a service provider.

Their courses and certificates may be recognised, but I definitely do not care for the appallingly poor services rendered.
