Once you’re inside, you’ll be met with greenery surrounding the entire area with wooden furniture set up. It completes the nature theme of the cafe and restaurant.

Aside from the sign at the gate, there’s another one inside arranged aesthetically, where you can take photos at the welcome arc made from the area’s wood and greenery. By the end of your visit, you can take photos again on their other sign that says, “See you again soon”.

At this al fresco dining cafe and restaurant, dine outside at the picnic and stone tables with shades or “inside” that has bamboo covering and minimal bohemian-inspired knitted lights and decorations. The location looks even more pleasing when the lights are turned on at night.

Monstera Cafe serves a variety of dishes from rice meals to pasta and sandwiches along with a selection of drinks from coffee to coolers. Such dishes include the Grilled Cheese Sandwich (P265, ~USD5.08), Smoked Espresso Ribs (P650, ~USD12.45), and their Monstera Meaty Bolognese (P315, ~USD6.03).

If you’re on a keto diet, rice meals can be swapped out with lettuce and cucumbers instead of rice. Just mention your preference to the cashier as you order. They also have a Keto Monstera Burger for P315 (~USD6.03) as well as keto-friendly desserts and drinks such as the Keto Chocolate Cheesecake and Keto Hazelnut Flat White (P190-P205, ~USD3.64-USD3.93).

Choose your own brewing method

This is also a great place for coffee lovers as you can ask baristas for their Specialty Single Origin Coffee Beans – such as the Rwanda-origin beans – and other local and foreign origin selection. You can then choose your own brewing method from AeroPress to Siphon to finish off your custom brewed coffee.

Since you’re surrounded by greenery, feel free to bring your pets along with you for a fun day of roaming around, playing, and breathing in fresh air.
