Clinic cafe has a really interesting concept. It has the waiters there dressing up as nurses/doctors, the chili and tomato sauce would come in syringes and such. As much as I like the concept presented in clinic cafe, the food there was majorly bad. I found some of the food to be undercooked, and my chicken was bleeding when I cut it. The prices are also pretty expensive. Overall, a very bad experience for me.
The environment may be interesting, but if Clinic Cafe doesn't change its service, I doubt their restaurant can survive long.
The cafe is a fun place to go because everything is hospital themed. The menus are written on medical record boards and the seats are cushions you'd find in hospitals. The dishes are served in kidney dishes and the waiters and waitresses are dressed in doctor and nurse uniforms.
Everything seemed fine until when the food was served. The food is normally served with rice and I have found it to be undercooked on more than one occasion. I personally find fried chicken which bleeds to be a turn off. It was no wonder the outlet at Gurney Plaza has closed down.
