Once you spot the cafe’s black-and-white sign, and their discreet entrance right below, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming al fresco dining area complete with gravel floor and charming exposed light bulbs.

One of the bestsellers at Bite Of Life is their Spaghetti Spicy Tomyam (RM18.50) – a tangy and spicy pasta dish served with prawns and topped with cilantro. There is also a creamier version of this – Spaghetti Creamy Tomyam (RM19.50), with a cream sauce that complements the aromatic tom yum well.

If you’re looking for something lighter, order their Mantou Clam (RM22.50). This garlicky, creamy clam dish comprises deep-fried mantou buns that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
