BTS new single Butter to be released on 21st May 2021
At 12AM KST on 27th May 2021, BTS dropped a 15-second trailer teasing the release of their upcoming single, Butter. According to the official announcement on Weverse, the track will “melt its way into the hearts of all ARMY”.

Shortly after the release of the teaser, K-pop columnist Jeff Benjamin tweeted, “According to a press release, #Butter is ‘a dance-pop track’ and will be in English”.

New BTS album coming this June
In more exciting news, Korean media outlets, including Newsen, have reported that BTS will be releasing an album in June. The album will include the aforementioned single, Butter.

Korean news outlet Newsen stated that “BTS is expected to release a new album containing a variety of new songs, including ‘Butter’, in June after releasing ‘Butter’ as a digital single”.
