nice quaint cafe
Heard of the Little Part 1 cafe from a few friends before and decided to give it a try one day when I was around that area. When we went, they were promoting their christmas menu which was a little disappointing as it did not have what I wanted to try and the food choices were quite limited.
I ordered a roasted half chicken which tasted really yummy. The skin was crispy and well marinated. Though the meat was slightly dry, I enjoyed this dish. The gravy which was to go with the chicken complemented the dish very well. We also tried the beef stew which was mediocre. The stew was quite diluted, though they were pretty generous with their serving of beef.
I also ordered my all time favorite red velvet cake, which wasn't very tasty this time round. Instead of the usual cream cheese topping which I would prefer, flaked coconut was used instead.
Overall, I felt that the cafe was very cosy and quiet. I hope to return again some day to try out their normal menu, which was highly raved about.
