Great sweet potato fries!
There is a wide variety of food and the menu can be rather confusing, but the difference between the two sets is that the former has limited choices for its main dishes, sides and drinks. We ordered Braised Pork Rice, Chicken Chop Rice and Pork intestine Noodles for the main dishes. For the sides, we opted for sweet potato fries, Century Egg tofu and Taiwan sausages. For the price we paid, the portions given were generous. I personally love the Chicken Chop Rice because of the large serving. Also, the crust of the chicken chop was thin, fragrant, and surprisingly not that greasy. I also highly recommend the sweet potato fries! The chunky fries were crispy on the outside and extremely soft and sweet on the inside. I would have it any time. The century egg tofu was good but not exceptional. The mini Taiwan sausages look appetizing but they were a tad disappointing because they were slightly overcooked.
Service wise, the staff were helpful, friendly and highly efficient. Although the restaurant was so crowded, we got our food in less than 20 minutes. I found it amazing that the lady at the counter can remember the exact names of the dishes by referring to the number codes!
