Nothing to shop around. Just food and grocery shopping.

Sembawang Mart is the place where residents frequent for its food and grocery shopping, that is, if they want to get things done quickly. There is only one food court around and that is none other than Koufu(level 1). The food are decent enough. Good, but not great. If I were to pick my favourite, I'll probably choose the Western Food Stall. The fish n chips are yummy enough. The dish looks appealing and the fish is cooked with the right amount of heat. It's really tender. Costs S$5++. Service was average. Nothing special about them. I waited for about 5-10 minutes.

Oh right, before I forget. The carpark's situated right next to the mart. There's a bridge connected to it so walking distance takes only a minute.

There is a wet market and a supermarket. The wet market can get rather crowded and rowdy in the morning. On the other hand, it's quiet in late afternoon and evening times, which seems a little fey. NTUC Fairprice(level 2) is pretty small, as compared to other outlets.

Other stores include 7-11, Swee Heng bakery and hair salons. They can be found at level 1. Level 2 is mainly education and enrichment schools.
