Although at first glance this may seem like a haunt for middle-aged women, this store has the most beautiful pieces of furniture I have ever seen. From bed frames to hand mirrors, every product seems sophisticated. The prices are not too steep by today's standards and definitely of good quality. I prefer the furniture and knick knacks of King & Kong Wong to Ikea because they don't seem to have been done to death.
Their outlet is massive and very comprehensive, spanning two floors with decor and furnishings for every area of a typical home. In my opinion, this store's products are not mass-produced, so if you're looking for a conversation starting piece of furniture, this is the place to go.
Really classy and not too unreasonably priced
This place gave me an impression that it was a shop only for those who had an abundance of wealth. However, it turned out that there were some fine crafts at extremely economical prices, such as the plastic fruits and vegetables, which look almost real if one did not know better.
There is also a variety of crockery being sold, and despite them looking like more of a display item, they are really meant for use, which gives the buyer a feel that they are purchasing premier goods from the shop.
The furniture is set in a country home type of theme, and are mostly made of hardwoods, which may make the furniture look brittle compared to others. Very beautiful, but also contains many fragile parts.
Do also check out their seasonal decorative items during festive seasons like Christmas and Chinese new year.
Victorian style, anyone?
Two levels of fantasy and a welcoming entrance.
I have been there a couple of times, where there are always new items catered to each and every season.
A little over-priced, but worth taking a look if you are searching for unique, Victorian style furniture for your home.
It would definitely be my one-stop destination to cater to my place in the future!
I love their sophisticated statues, fountains and tableware. They also sell many other items such as bed sheets, pillows and lovely ornaments for decoration.
For those who are wondering, they do sell Christmas trees this season, in various shapes and sizes!
In my opinion, it is will definitely be a pleasant shopping experience if you are willing to spend.
