A happy childhood.
Townsville Primary School (TVPS) is the primary school I was placed into for my elder brother to look after me. The teachers at the school are understanding and nice. Although there were several grim incidents where I was punished for nothing by being literally misunderstood but that is fine to me.
It is a place which gave me an all rounded education while allowing me to explore my areas of interest in terms of learning sports, the pursuit of knowledge and making new friends. I was allowed to join any Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and there are a lot of CCAs to pick from in TVPS. The yearly events like International Friendship Day or Racial Harmony Day taught me traditional games and knowledge in an affectionate manner and I enjoyed myself immensely.
PSLE was tough but what was worse was the feeling of leaving a place I had grown up in with kind teachers and epic memories. What I like best about TVPS were the memories that the environment gave me and what wasn't so pleasant to me is probably the things that every student in any primary school have to go through thus, I am proud to be a part of the TVPS family as the memories I gained there gave me a happy childhood.
