Improved in many ways

Having lived in woodlands for more than a decade, I have visited this clinic time and again, whether it is to follow someone in my family or see the doctor for myself. The prices are indeed affordable as would be at any polyclinic. For this price, I would have to say that the quality and service is good. It's not the best but much better than it was before.

The place holds memories in that I used to visit the clinic since a kid in my primary school years. Since then there's been many changes to the place. It has become cleaner, the restrooms have been renovated and no longer an eye sore, the place itself is bigger with more facilities like eateries and vending machines.
As it is in any polyclinic, it is almost always crowded especially since it serves a densely populated part of Singapore, Woodlands, being one of the oldest residential areas. Nevertheless, the whole system of registering to see the doctor to collection of medication is much better than before. To be precise, the staff are friendlier, the waiting time is not too long but within manageable limits, more counters are open to serve and the order of lining up and such is more organized.

Overall, I am glad this clinic has improved in both service and system to serve the residents in Woodlands. I would say its more advanced than a few other polyclinics I have visited in Singapore like Geylang Polyclinic.
