Great gymming experience!

As a regular gymmer, EnergyOne gym is my gym of choice. Easily located in a number of SAFRA clubhouses, it boasts of extensive, state-of-the art equipment which helps you get all your bodily muscles working and stretching.

My experience with EnergyOne begins with the gym. In general, while checking in, I found the receptionists polite and the towels they provided were abundant (With free, washed towels, you can literally go with a much lighter small bag). Next, I'll definitely be spoilt for choice. The range of upper body equipment (i.e. in Toa Payoh EnergyOne gym) literally occupies half the 1st level, with a large collection of weights and dumbells!. But I'll normally clock a 20 minute run on the treadmill, where everything from calorie count to distance covered is extensively clocked! Next, the core equipment actually trains different abs and side muscles, so complementing it together with some upper limb training after the run can let you sweat it out and feel good.

Entrance to the gym comes with free access to the pool and jacuzzi as well. The feeling of entering a jacuzzi after an intensive workout is pure bliss! And a few laps in the pool is definitely invigorating with the layout and design of the pool often cosy and inviting. There is every a water-playground for kids!

While washing up, the bathrooms are really the best! Comparable to a 4,5 star hotel bathroom is my personal take on its quality. At the end of the day, I used all the facilities for a mere $5.35 (with SAFRA membership). Definitely worth it!
