Kebabs should become a thing in Singapore
Q Bab is the first time I’ve tried kebab in Singapore and I loved it! You don’t find that many kebab places around singapore, let alone one at an atas place like City Hall.
The menu is pretty simple you get to choose between chicken, lamb or vegetarian and it can come in a wrap or with rice, and top it all off with a wide array of sauces. If one sauce is not enough for you, go ahead and ask for two or more, at no extra charge. I was greedy on my first try and had a chicken wrap with Chilli Sesame and Mustard.
The soul of a Kebab is its meat, which is often overcooked, but at QBab they keep the meat juicy but with just the right amount of char for flavour. I actually think the sauces are unnecessary, as the meat alone can carry the whole dish. It was that good.
