Arbite Cafe Hot
It all began with a simple belief shared by three secondary school buddies, that good food should be affordable and accessible. And so good food is at the heart of it all because the best reward for an honest day's work is a hearty meal. Arbite Cafe serves honest and delicious food, and that includes all day breakfast.

All Things Truffle
When you walk into Arbite, the amazing scent of truffle fills the room. Naturally, I had to order something that contained truffles while I was there. What I was served next really blew me away.
I ordered their papperdelle with mushrooms, spinach and parma ham and I have been constantly craving and thinking about this dish since I've had it. To be honest, the dish is good on its own and actually doesn't need the additional truffle oil, the cream sauce and pasta are perfect and the portions were huge!!!
I will definitely be heading to Arbite again but the only drawback is that the location is a little out of the way for me. Nevertheless, if you happen to be in the area, they are definitely worth checking out.
The Arbite Breakfast
I've never been one for brunch because I find it silly to pay for eggs and beans, but I'd gladly pay for Arbite's eggs and beans. Also Arbite doesn't just give you eggs and beans. It is a big, sinful plate of bacon, tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, chicken sausage, toasted brioche and little balls of carbohydrate goodness otherwise known as pommes noisettes.
How do they do it and WHY? This is the most sumptuous breakfast dish offered by an all-day breakfast place in Singapore. I went back a second time half expecting them to either shrink the portion or cut out some ingredients because restaurants like to toy with your feelings once they are popular and start to draw large crowds.
I have no answer except this is all an evil ploy to get anti-brunch people to convert, and also continue to challenge people like me that we'll never be able to cook up breakfast as delicious as this. Also Arbite continues to draw me in with their strawberry milkshake - sweet, thick and creamy. Fine, you win.
Up for a bite?
I tried their truffle fries and they were awesome! You can really taste the truffle oil, but it's not overpowering or too oily. It goes really nice with the truffle dip that they serve you. This is really different from a lot of places that I've been, because they usually serve it with sweet chili instead.
They also sell cheese fries, which is another of my favorite! The fries are served while the plate is still hot, so you get to enjoy the piping hot feeling of crispy fries. I wouldn't say their cheese is fantastic, since it's only a simple nacho drizzle, but it still tastes delicious.
They offer many other kinds of finger food and meals. I usually go there during tea time with my friends so I haven't tried with meal sets yet. I do think they're pretty enticing, so I'll definitely be back there soon!
