Great gym!

This was the few gyms that I went initially when I started Muay Thai. This gym is good because they bother to cater to you regardless of your martial arts background and fitness level. They will teach you the basic techniques and the class size is small enough for the trainer to supervise your technique.

The gym has a ring with punching bags enough for a class and each person would get about 3 rounds of padwork. For beginners, padwork is done with the trainer hold muay thai pads for you to kick or punch and for you to facilitate combinations.

For a start, you need not bring anything except workout clothes as the gym provides necessary equipment for beginners.
