An up-market Korean restaurant located on Tanjong Pagar that specializes in Korean Fried Chicken. It is just next to 2D1N.

This restaurant is known for its Korean fried chicken and located next to the famous 2D1N buffet place. I was doing research work for an article on the 'Best Korean fried chicken in Singapore' and this place was commonly mentioned. We came in on a Wednesday night and most of the seats were already reserved. The restaurant is quite small so be sure to make reservations first.
A cheerful restaurant manager/waitress soon greeted us and introduced us to the dishes and specialties. They served complimentary free flow of fresh salad, which was too plain for my liking but their radish tasted very authentic. Their "half chicken" comes with 4 pieces of chicken and its priced from $18-$22. Their 'full chicken' has 8 pieces at $30-$35. Although the chicken pieces were big and juicy, that comes to about $5 a chicken which I felt was a bit expensive. To be fair to them, its around the same price range as BBQ Chicken but more expensive than other Korean fried chicken like Kko Kko Nara, BonChon and NeNe Chicken.
Their 'spicy up' chicken was a lot more KFC style than the thin Korean skin you're used to but it was done so much better! There was much less oil and the inside was very well marinated with spices and I loved it. We also had the 'Yangnyum (양념치킨)' which was drenched in a sweet/spicy marinade. Both of us preferred the 'spicy up' chicken. We also ordered another sausage dish for $18 which was tasted good, if you like the heavy Korean sauce style. We opted to take away that as we were too full and it came in a nice takeaway box.
Our bill came to a total of $70++ for two people which may be a bit much, but its also because we were trying the different flavours. Two girls could probably order half a chicken with beer / salad and feel quite full! That way its like a two piece chicken meal I guess and would be under $20 per person.
