A restaurant which provides DIY grilling, cook your own food on a hot charcoal grill while chatting with family and friends.
A little expensive, but one could go for the lunch buffets, 39.90 and 69.90 per person, with the more expensive one featuring free flow wagyu beef . Best place to enjoy Japanese food while escaping from the daily rat race

In today's fast moving society, it is a rare opportunity my family gets to have a meal together where everyone can talk and catch up with each other because someone is rushing through their meal so they can get on with their work, watch their favourite television programmes etc...
However, on some weekends, my family likes to go to the restaurant Tajimaya on the first floor of Vivocity. This provides a DIY grilling experience, where everyone gets to cook their favourite cuts of meat the restaurant serves which are very delicious. I particularly like the marinated sinfully rich wagyu beef and kurobuta pork cuts that is served during the lunchtime buffet.
Being able to sit together at a table, cooking your own food in the grill provided while talking and catching up with each other, with no compulsions like work or television is a uniquely enjoyable and family bonding experience that the restaurant provides that I will never forget and will always look forward to.
