Every Meat Lover’s Hangout

Located at a corner of Dempsey, CM-PB (also known as the Contemporary Melting-Pot Bar) provides a romantic and dimly lit atmosphere, and is not crowded to the point of discomfort. It is the perfect place for family meals.

I had the wagyu beef cubes as an appetiser. “It melts in your mouth,” they said, and it did. It was seasoned with the right amount of salt, and the meat was soft and chewy. If you are not a huge fan of beef, I suggest getting something else instead as it might not be worth the price. I also tried the wagyu beef pizza and duck pizza, both in crispy thin crust. The pizzas tasted equally delicious and the meat was more on the sweet side than savoury, offering a unique and flavourful taste. The soft texture of the meat complemented the crisp layer of pizza crust. The duck was more value for money as the meat was generously loaded onto the pizza.

I enjoyed the steak sandwich best. Imagine a thick slab of juicy and tender meat, sandwiched between two slices of soft, fluffy bread. The only sad part of the meal? Finishing the last bite.
