Situated on the 57th floor, the restaurant offers mind-blowing views over Marina Bay Sands. The view makes Gardens by the Bay’s supertrees seem like tiny pieces of broccoli on the Singaporean landscape. Get your camera ready, because this makes pretty good instagram material.
As this is a celebrity chef restaurant, the prices are there to match. Offering an Asian-fusion menu, prices start at the $30 pasta, and can go waaay up. For example, my friend had a $72 lamb. They also offer a gastronomic set dinner menu which I saw a lot of people go for. Be prepared to splurge though as 7 courses is a whopping $213 per person.
Even though the views and ambience match its ‘celebrity’ status, the a la carte menu is overpriced. The pasta was pretty average - and the lamb was pretty chewy. If you’re going to dine here, I’d suggest you go for the gastronomic dinner set as it was the more popular choice.
