Comfort food at its best.
Originally located at a small obscure food court at the basement of Roxy Square, Qiurong Ban Mian ceased operations for awhile but relocated to Marine Parade Hawker Centre, to the joy and relief of many long time customers.
While Ban Mian is a simple dish, Qiurong manages to capture the hearts of many due to their generous portions and tasty soup which has the sweetness of meat and a smooth richness due to the egg they add to it. Their ikan bilis also adds a wonderful crunch to the noodles, and is able to retain its integrity despite being submerged in soup for a long time.
Each piping hot bowl of noodles makes for the perfect companion on a rainy day, and I vote it one of the best ban mians around!
