One of the best fish soups I've had!
I always order the #2 on their list of items: Fish Meat Bee Hoon. Their fried fish pieces in the bee hoon soup is one of the tastiest I've had. For me, the milky broth is a winner. It's full of flavour with slices of ginger to balance out the richness.
I haven't tried the other items but I always come back to this. I love it when the fish is soaked in the soup. Usually I hate it when fried fish slices are drenched in the soup because it tends to get soggy but this one soaks up the flavour and actually making it more delicious (how does that even happen???). But yes.
The snaking queues during lunch and dinner times have not put me off yet. I'd recommend going at non-peak periods so that you don't have to wait ~20 mins.
