Not a place I would frequent, despite the cute clothes
Bershka is my go-to place, if I’m looking for casual boho-chic clothes. In my opinion, clothes from Bershka are really fashionable and up-to-date. The versatility and quality are also what makes me love Bershka so much.
I never regret any of my Bershka purchases as they are really sooo comfortable! The prices aren’t low but for the quality and material, it’s really worth it. Skip the Bershka basics though, I’m sure you can get similar pieces for a cheaper price elsewhere. They don’t really have sales often too, which makes me hesitant to revisit often.
Sadly, Bershka isn’t a place where I would shop frequently due to the steep prices. However, I’d visit sometimes just to indulge myself in the cute clothes.
Rocker Chic Vibe
I guess you could think of Bershka as similar to Forever 21 but with a more rocker chic edge. The music at Bershka is always loud and pulsing and appeals to young, trendy girls as well as guys.
The clothes here are fashion forward and eye-catching but come with a price. They average around $49 so do not expect to find a lot of steals here. Other than apparel, shoes as well as accessories and even basic make up can be found here. I've personally purchased a few shoes from them and always love the designs and how comfortable they are.
What I personally like about this place is that the staff are quite inconspicuous. They are there when you need them but do not disturb you while you are browsing on your own. The store layout also makes it fairly easy to find stuff, which is great since the pulsing music can sometimes cause you to lose a bit of focus.
Walking pass a Bershka store, I always assumed it to be an expensive brand and something I couldn't afford. But my curiosity go the better of me, and I popped into one of their outlets recently. I was surprised to find the clothes there affordable. The apparels are unique in the sense that they do not carry a somewhat mainstream style but instead possesses their own - chic and sophisticated. It's a wonder why Bershka is not as well-known as other clothing brands.
I believe they could have been as popular as Topshop or Forever 21 if they promote more to attract the crowd. With a change of heart, I will without a doubt be dropping by their stores every now and then!
I am quite picky when it comes to fashion, and I have no qualms when it comes to Bershka. A not so famous fashion brand that runs away from generic clothing, I like Bershka for their more or less elongated wear, mainly for men. Most tees and tanks are a normal fit but at Bershka, the tanks and tees are rather elongated, and it is meant to be worn that way. It serves as something different, and for the style it carries, I feel that the price is rather reasonable. Partners with Zara, there is no wonder why this clothing brand is so stylish and unique. Sadly though, Singaporeans tend to disregard this shop as its only outlet is in Ion Orchard.
Cheap and great quality
Bershka is one of my favorite places to shop at because of the great quality of their clothes, and the reasonable price of most items in the shop. I love how I can get party dresses for $80 or less at Bershka, and look like I bought them from Herve Leger.
However, some of of the staff from the Ion outlet can be quite rude, dampening my shopping mood. They were quite cranky when I asked them for another size and took a long time to get back to me.
Also, there was once during the sale period when the cashier refused to reserve a dress for me for an hour because I had to meet my family for dinner (and that was the only piece left). However, I was lucky that the dress was still available on the sales floor when I went back after dinner. When I proceeded to the cashier to pay it, the very same cashier refused to greet me or even look at me, and just put out her hand to me, signalling me to pass the dress to her. Also, after she packed the dress in a plastic bag, she simply threw it on the table and served the next customer. This was an extremely bad experience and definitely the worst I ever had during all my years of shopping.
Other than the disgusting service, they actually do have cheap and nice clothes.
Good quality clothes.
Another one of my favorite stores in town. You can find the latest trend available on the racks with a touch of uniqueness that you can’t find outside. I love the casual outfits I can find over there as the quality of the clothes is definitely a match to their pricings. However as the prices are slightly steeper, I only shop there during GSS season, where the prices are marked down. I’ve recently gotten a bag at a steal of $39.90 when it’s original price was around $50 So do keep a lookout for sales and grab your items fast.
Great casual clothes, but the loud music is too annoying!
Bershka is one of the best options if you are looking for fun and stylish clothes. I believe that its affiliation with Zara has made it even more popular, but each brand has its own distinct style. Bershka's fashion is vibrant, colourful and youth-oriented, with a hint of punk. I particularly like their accessories -- they never fail to brighten up any outfit!
However, I'm rather turned off by the loud music played in the store. I have never thought that the background music could actually affect my shopping experience -- Bershka is the first. I always make a quick browse around the store and if nothing catches my eye, I will leave as soon as possible because the music really bothers me a lot. Ironically, I feel that the loud music may be one of the things that draws youngsters to the store...to each his own I guess!
I must admit, I have a weakness for shopping I’m sure most girls do. However, more importantly is my love for a good deal. Bershka does provide a good range of basics at about 20 to the fancier items at about 50, but even better when it goes on sale. I bought a basic top in a striking shade of fuchsia as well as several accessories when they were on sale. It does provide a good shopping experience, nothing fantastic though, with the slightly dim lighting and music playing in the background to hype up the atmosphere. I do suppose that the fact that Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull and Bear all seem to be owned by the same parent company does seem to create certain striking similarities between them. Such as the style, the vibe, and the pricing is pretty similar across all three stores which creates a similar shopping experience.
Gorgeous and edgy.
Bershka is a place of happiness- especially for those looking for some edgy pieces in their wardrobes. Their clothes are never boring or dull, expect interesting and grudgy tops, blazers and denims. I bought a $200 pair of denim, ankle length boots, and I must say that it is indeed worth its price. It is durable, comfortable and stylish- I wore it for an entire day of photoshooting and my feet did not feel sore or uncomfortable. Their denim jeans are also of good quality- necessary for those who are looking for such wardrobe basics. Perfect for those who want to go fashion forward.
Trendy clothes at good prices
Just went to a Bershka store less than 12 hours ago. The clothes at Bershka are trendy and nice-fitting. I saw a couple of flowery tops that looked pleasing to the eyes and looked like it will fit well. The cutting was very obvious. The sewing looked good as well! I did not buy it as I have too many unworn tops at home! Went to the shoe section, it was small but I got my eyes set on a pair of dark pink suede heels. They have a variety of heels available. Patent to matte to suede. I tried it on but the heel was too high for me. Not the heel's fault because it was absolutely gorgeous but I can't stand wearing heels for long, not to mention super high ones so I placed it back on the shelf reluctantly.
Service was excellent. The sales assistants were not being pushy and even greeted us with a welcome line that says "Welcome to Bershka!". Lighting at Bershka is on the dim side though. Yellow lighting. Not the best for shopping. I would prefer white lights like those at Zara. Overall, great price and quality coupled with trendy designs. Worth a look!
