If any company finds itself at crossroads as to whether make it big or continue its status quo, Aussino is as good as any to take on that role. In January, the company made news as its board of directors contemplated the future of the ailing company, which was faced with consecutive financial losses.
Having been a user of Aussino products, I have to point out that the attractiveness pales in comparison to its competitors. Take for example, the pillow. Brands such as King Koil are able to come up with good concept pillows with properties such as insect and dust repelling, incorporating the use of technology and the laws of physics to create a better sleeping experience overall for customers. Aussino, in comparison, pales in that at the point where I am writing this review, I couldn't even get a pillow there as its website is down.
However, to be fair, the pillow covers are really good. I like the way Aussino makes use of bright colours to make its linen more appealing and attractive. In fact, if I play around with the bedsheets and curtain combinations that I use in my room, a cheery atmosphere due to the fusion of bright patterns and colours is created.
Once a great brand, but now mired in indecision and at a junction in crossroads, its products slipping behind...
Towels and bedsheets, towels and bedsheets. Those two items are pretty much the first things that came to mind when I thought of Aussino. I personally don't buy stuff this brand but my mother seems to really love it. I remember a period of time where half of the towels we used at home were from Aussino. Not only did my mother like to frequent this shop, she also received Aussino gift sets quite often.
I guess part of the appeal of this brand is due to the quality of its products. Their towels are really fluffy and soft, making you feel really pampered. Their bedsheets are also well-made and comfortable to use. All their products in general, are well-designed too.
However, from what I know, Aussino products don't come cheap. But then again, a lot of high-quality products don't. It is rather worth it to invest in their products though. They are durable, saving you money in the long run, and also fashionable, making them look as much as they cost.
Aussino is my family's go-to store to buy towels and bedsheets. The reason for that is because their prodcuts are of really good quality. The towels are soft and fluffy, while their bedsheets are gentle to the skin. Moreover, these durable products come in a variety of colours and designs, and will leave you spoilt for choice.
While they may not have the most wallet-friendly prices, the sale items are definitely worth taking a look at if you have a budget.
Another reason why I love going to the shop is because of their gorgeous displays. The display beds with the cozy blankets and fluffy pillows are certainly an inviting touch to the store.
My whole family and I love shopping at Aussino for our linens, especially our bedspreads. They have really nice designs, which range from simple, elegant to colourful for the younger set. The quality is superb; our family and I have used our bedspreads from Aussino for a couple of years now and they're still as good as new.
Recently, we've just started buying our bath towels from Aussino, and we're planning to buy some more. The quality is fantastic - so soft, cozy and very absorbent, which is something I find very important for bath towels, having used ones that were completely useless at absorbing moisture. Overall, Aussino is a brand I'll trust for a long time.
These are sheets for the average household. They are practical; The sheets do not have an insanely high thread count, neither are they made out of pure Egytian cotton nor are they exceptionally comfortable to be on. The sheets however are good enough for day to day use and they are all very reasonably priced.
The designs at Aussino are also very appealing and caters to the whole family. I enjoy going through their many designs and imagining my bed in the sheets and trying to see if it suits my bedroom. I would definitely repurchase sheets from Aussino, after all most of my current sheets are from Aussino.
I think it might have relocated but I remember walking into Aussino at West Mall and being greeted by the plethora of bright colours. I love their collection of bed sheets and blankets. The design is good and it's not that expensive considering that you won't buy bed sheets and blankets regularly.
The textiles are well-packaged such that when you open one, you'll feel the instant freshness of the cloth. The staff at west-mall are reasonably polite and will treat you well. Furthermore, the shop is very clean and the one thing I'll look out for in a shop that sells bed sheets is the cleanliness. Because if a shop is dirty then the unfortunate dirt might infect the textiles. Aussino, though, is very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommended.
Aussino is a place I see myself going back to for many years to come.
I first bought a blanket from them about a decade ago and it's still in top condition. My family always buys bed sheets, pillow covers etc. from them and even though we go for the cheaper collections, the designs are still very nice. Furthermore, the staff are also one of the best, and are always ready to help me find sheets which fit my bed's size. The shop itself is also very organized, and shopping there is a very pleasant experience. If you've never bought bed sheets from them before, I really do urge you to give them a try. Even though the shop gives an aura of expensive sheets, I feel that the prices are very affordable.
When I first stepped into Aussino, I had the urge to just buy everything! The use of vibrant colours in their bed sheets gave the entire store an exuberant feel. They have almost every colour you can think of.
Prices are all very reasonable and there are sales almost all year round. I just bought 3 sets of king size bed sheets+ 2 pillow case + 1 bolster case for $20 each. Really worth the money for the quality of the sheets. Children would especially love the designs of their blankets. They have almost every Disney character - you name it they have it.
Walking into AUSSINO, I feel as if I'm walking into a bazaar of fine fabrics in a variety of colours and patterns to please shoppers with prejudice. Okay, maybe it's just me. Although, this is not a bad thing after all.
What I like about the store is that they have many ranges of designs that's bound to suit everyone. You could be a 15 year old teen, a 29 year old working lady or a 70 year old retiree. The thing is, there's something for everyone.
My personal favourite is the Waye collection. The demin material is just so fun and quirky. For those who prefers a simple yet sophisticated look, do check out the Abbey collection. Made from 100% cotton, sadly, it is only available in khaki colour.
It was a pleasant shopping experience at AUSSINO. With a ready smile, the staff were patient and understanding when I told them what kind of bedding I want.
The store also sells home decor products. The candles are worth checking out. Really pretty, girly girls will definitely love them.
I've never had so much fun when I'm shopping for beddings... Or maybe it's simply because I finally get to choose what I want.
