breakfast at cocotte:)
After spending a night above at Wanderlust, we awoke refreshed and hungry for some breakfast. The room package comes with a free breakfast buffet for two, so we excitedly popped down to Cocotte for some delicious breakfast.
And it did not disappoint at all!
Although the menu was rather limited, the choices offered already left us wanting to pick everything on the menu. In the end, we both settled for the scrambled eggs ( we love eggs! ) with toast and bacon. The buffet also offered a free flow of drinks and cereals with butters or jams, and we each helped ourselves to scoopings of our favourite cereals with dashing of milk. We however, abandoned our cereals upon the arrival of our main courses, for they looked so yummy! The eggs were heavenly delicious! It was just the right amount of “runny” and “cooked”, and for those who love their scrambled eggs like we do – half cooked, firm on the outside, and just slightly runny and undercooked on the inside, you would love this. I skipped the bacon as it was too much for my tiny stomach to handle, but my boyfriend gobbled everything down in a jiffy.
Although I have only tried out their breakfasts, the rest of the menu seems really delicious as well and I would love to return someday to discover what else they have to offer.
