Poor service insincere attitude
The only thing I like about Nation employment is that they provide Home Training service at our own cost. 4 hours, 1 trainer and 1 interpretatior.
However, they are quite hard sell and was nice and sincere before contract was signed. After that we have to chase them. They do not acknowledge email, do not follow up, we have to call them.
We were told to wait for 2 weeks for our maid replacement. When we call up after 3 weeks. The sales representative told us currently no bio data available. But they claimed that they are a big organization.
As a first time maid employer, we aware quite new to the rules and regulations. They did not tell us that we need to pay for anything except for the exhaustible fees. Still claimed that it is "Free" replacement. When we asked them after we return the old maid when we can get the new maid. The rep could not give a straight and start to evade and talk irrelevant matter.
My hubby managed to talk to one of the bosses and he was quite nice but could not come up with any solution pertaining to loan issue, but got the district manager to speak to us.
The DM however was rather rude and accused us for not paying the necessary fee without check the facts.
He, also like his subordinate was evasive and kept talking about other irrelevant matter instead of admitting that his sub had misrepresented the fact and misled us.
As we could have opted another path to resolve issue.
Overall we did not feel that they care about after sales service. Repeat business nor referral business from satisfied clients.
