The only product I own from Tony Moly is the lip tint in Cherry Pink. I have lots of lipsticks but lip tints will always occupy a special place in my heart. The tony moly lip tint is housed in a cute bottle and may look scary to some of you who are not used to dark colors. Fret not, the tint comes off subtle and unless you layer it heavily, it will not look like the color in the bottle! Anyway, I wouldn't suggesting layering tint because I personally feel that tint looks best when applied sparingly and thinly. It looks like you have just eaten some really red cherries!
The tint isn't drying and has great color. I am sure most of us girls have heard or own the highly coveted Benetint. This is almost like the Benetint. Although not exactly similar, it does the job just as well. The only difference would be the shade. Tony moly is more to reddish-pink while Benetint is more to a light red glow. Tony moly is the more economical alternative to Benetint! It is lasting, which is an important quality to look out for in a tint. I highly recommend this tint to all the girls who are looking for a non-drying and lasting lip color while keeping it natural :)
In the midst of all the Korean cosmetic hype, the product from Tony Moly that attracted me was the adorable egg-shaped Egg Pore balm series. There are 3 in total — blackhead out gel, tightening pack and silky smooth balm. I am using the tightening pack (the 2nd out of the 3-step series), of which purpose is to tighten your pores after removing the blackheads.
The gel-like texture is actually smooth and though many have commented that the smell is weird, I do not dislike it. The portion size is also deceivingly large. A little goes a long way! My skin does feel smoother after application. Overall, I would recommend this series to those who wish for smoother skin around the nose area.
