Amazing Har Jeong Kai

My mother is a firm believer of Fish Head Noodles and it’s ability to transform lives. Nah I’m just being melodramatic, but she really does like these noodles. Given the proud heritage of this restaurant, it’s no wonder it remains her top 3 favorite Fish Head Noodles.

The Fish Chunk Bee Hoon Soup was one of the better ones I’ve had, with a milky soup that hit all the right spots, and it also came with big chunks of fish. Yay! Their Yang Chow Fried Rice received mixed reviews from our table. My parents were raving on and on about how good it was, but I found that it was merely average. They also offered to give a plate of lard for free, which came in a generous portion, but I did not enjoy it as it was not crispy at all. My suggestion is that you reject their offer and save yourself some calories.

One thing that will definitely be a crowdpleaser is their Har Jeong Kai. Fried to crispy perfection, with the shrimp taste permeating the meat of the wings, every bite was simply flavourful and amazing. If ever you visit Ka-Soh, this is definitely the thing to get!
