A quiet place to have a couple of drinks
The bar is mostly alfresco seating with a couple of seats under shelter with a few fans, which made it initially a bit hot especially in Singapore's humid weather. However, after a while you will cool down. It took us awhile to get seats when we arrived at 10pm on a Friday night, but the waitresses were very attentive and helped us secure our seats. Service was prompt and friendly, there was always a staff standing around nearby in case we needed something. We were served our orders accurately and promptly too despite it being quite packed.
We didnt have food cos the kitchen closed at 10.30pm which was a pity cos we were craving for some carbs in the form of fries! We got a drink each for $15 which is pretty standard. They have cute signature drinks such as Mr Punch which is a refreshing pineapple and watermelon alcoholic drink.
The ambience is retro as the entire wall is plastered with metal signs which makes it unique experience. It is actually a rooftop bar on top of a toy museum so it fits in to the theme.
I would come back again as it is conveniently located and affordable. My only gripe is that it can be hot!
