Staff saved it

When I first stepped into the lobby, I was extremely pleased with the outlook of the hotel. Located just behind the tall black architecture beauty of LaSelle, Parc Soverign looked just like quite a promising getaway and I though: wow what fantastic surprise had my boyfriend booked. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful and I was prepared for a awesome staycation ahead.

The room to my disappointment was rather small although it was very clean and well maintained. The toilet was a little more than just a standing space and the room looked just nice with all the fitted furniture; one extra chair would have totally toppled the room off its feng shui, and cleared out any walking space available. The pool was nice to look at, pretty but small, enough to waddle around and swim small laps but not for an enjoyable swim around especially if there were other guests.

Our air con broke down that night and we had to request for a change of room in the middle of the night but the hotel staff was gracious enough to extend our checkout by 2 hours for free so we would be able to get extra sleep, as to the discomfort of the night before. Only saving grace for it was its cleanliness and its sophisticated 'classy' look, as this stay was just everything gone wrong.

Dont even get me started on the nasty 'breakfast', I mean was that even considered breakfast?!
