Both of whom are learning the ropes from mentor Joe Flizzow - one part of the Malaysian hip-hop duo Too Phat - as part of the SHINE x *SCAPE Talent Development Programme (TDP). And the music doesn’t stop there. Joe Flizzow, the man himself, will be busting out rhymes and taking the stage together with some of ASEAN’s best upcoming artistes - Tachaya, Christian Bautista, and Tokyo’s JP the Wavy.

The event also gathers all of Southeast Asia’s best aspiring rappers with a live run of 16 BARIS. Plus, witness a musical display of talent by the bands of NOISE Singapore.
