hello,

I have gained alot of weight in the recent times, now i have noticed its going to create problems for me and have decided to lose weight but i do not have time to go to a gym. So, can any one suggest me some suitable workouts that can be easily done at home and basic tips for losing weight.

Hello,

Even a 7 min workout is still better than nothing. I am suggesting you should Youtube workouts that take less than 7 mins or 10 mins and stay routine to it everyday. 7 mins shouldn't take up too much of your time yea? :)

sure. the gym is not necessary if you really want it. first of all, you should change your nutrition and start eutrophy. the next thing is morning exercises. start your day with 5-10 minutes of exercises and you 'll see results in 2 weeks. the next one is special nutrition - it's necessary to take cellulose. The best way to lose weight without gym is by changing eating habits and changing your life style by discovering the types of food that make people to lose weight and gain weight.
