Excellent French food
This place is quite expensive for Johoreans. For starters, I had the mushroom soup and onion soup which were great, especially the onion soup. The soups were quite affordable, less than RM15 per bowl if I am not mistaken.
I also had foie gras which was the only foie gras I have ever tried so I could not compare with others. Nevertheless, it was really good, slightly crispy on the outside. It cost about RM70+.
I am not a fan of escargots so I did not enjoy eating them. However, the escargots here are better than the ones I have tried at other places as the smell of escargots were not that strong. I'm pretty sure escargot lovers would love this dish which is Chez Papa's specialty.
I also had a mocktail which had a hint of coconut. It was very fragrant and delicious, highly recommended.
