Clean and modern mall...

A relatively new mall located towards the end of the Kota Kinabalu waterfront ...big,, modern and clean.. somehow to the point of being "clean and sterile"... was there on couple of nights but it was quiet and and practically shudders to think when the next waterfront mall (under construction) located further down the town centre would thin the human traffic here further...

Good selection of international and regional brands to suit various requirement...and a fairly wide range of eateries to cater to the middle-upper income populace....but better shopping at malls elsewhere in town centre, where the prices are more competitive..

My favorite rojak stand

If there was any particular reason for me to visit Suria Sabah, it would be to purchase a cup of rojak buah(local fruit salad) in the food court at the upper levels. I personally think that the salad has a nice mix of crackers, fried bean curd, crushed ground nuts and for those who likes it, a boiled squid. The gravy's also pretty tasty, not too sweet and not too spicy. Just right for my taste buds.

Besides that rojak stand, I always choose this place as my go-to cinema whenever I feel like watching a movie. The cinema here is one of the two places in Kota Kinabalu that features a 2D and 3D movie hall and the other one's a little far. So, there's not really much mystery about my choice here.

For those of you who loves to sing, there's also a K-box located at the top floor. Perhaps, you could spend your time there while waiting for your movie. The aren't that great. However, I think that the rooms are more than decent and that you get more than what you pay for.
