Not exactly very helpful
I don't usually buy stuff in SenQ or SenHeng stores and when I do, normally it's because of the discounts that come with the PlusOne card in which my mother has. It's pretty convenient to buy big electronics here as my family has bought a couple of air conditioners and a big LED Television set before but generally speaking, I don't really like buying things here.
Why? Well, for one thing, the workers here aren't exactly helpful. They don't seem to know much about their products. When I asked them about the High-Definition resolution of the television to check whether its really Full HD or 720P HD, they redirected me to a different product which is a real expensive HDMI cable. I did not get what they were trying to tell me. I mean, I understand the need to push their customers to buy their products to get more commission but seriously, they need to learn a lot about the products.
