Its Good To See That Their Pasta aren't lacking in Balls...If you know what I mean
Now don't worry, there isn't anything sexual about it. If anything, the title is more of a pun than anything else. I've only been here 3 times but only because I go there for special occasions only...to be exact, someone's birthday.
I love a good cheese with my pasta but I'm more into the tomato sauce when it comes to pasta. So I had the choice between their Spaghetti Bolognese and Spaghetti with Meatballs. And there goes them balls! They have 3 sizes with each pasta in which I can only remember the piccolo size but essentially, there is only a small, medium and large serving just to simplify things.
The spaghetti & meatballs is simple yet delicious. The spaghetti isn't dry like the one in delicious. The size of the meatballs is about roughly the same as a baseball. If you are a big eater, I suggest going for the medium size yourself, trust me, you'll be able to do it but if you're a light eater, go for the piccolo size.
The best tiramisu
The chain of restaurants have always appealed to my family for celebrations and special occasions. We simply love the tiramisu. I find it hard to call it a cake so I shall just call it a dessert. The liquor soaked dessert was at its best when we had it at The Gardens branch because it was really literally drenched in liquor and it brings out the best taste of the espresso and mascarpone.
On birthdays, they are generous enough to present you with a free bread pudding, which is really rich and good - as long as you make a speech and successfully blow out the candles which are held further and further away with each failed attempt. The decor really brings out the coziness of an Italian home with the checkered tablecloths and the dim lighting.
