Simply divine hawker food
My wife introduced me to Sri Kembangan branch outlet and I was hooked upon consuming my first spoonful of their deliciously soft pan mee. There are many dishes for customers to choose from and all are special in their own way.
I personally LOVE anything that comes in a big bowl of curry so it was to my delight to see that they had a dish specially catering to my need. Every bowl you order, you can choose between thin noodles or thick noodles. I personally prefer the thicker noodles as they're softer and more mouthfuls to chew. Do be warned though that thick noodles are good at splashing droplets of sauce and curry into the air so do be careful when slurping.
The other highlight of the day were their side dishes. I ordered a plate their famous fried wan tan and my wife had a plate of fried fish cakes. The wan tan were served hot and crunchy and were absolutely delicious. The fish cakes were full of fish and were sliced into very thick pieces. It will have you chewing a mouthful of fish, guaranteed.
The service is very good for a hawker style place. We were served by the very friendly waiters before we even warmed our seats. Tissue papers were also placed in containers attached to the walls of the restaurant which allowed more space on the table for additional dishes of food.
OVerall,a very pleasureable and certainly ADDICTIVE place to eat. It is now on my personal list of top three best places to eat in Kuala Lumpur . Very recommended
