Great tasting pan mee

If there's one thing I love about home-made noodles, is that I like them to be spicy at the end when the dish is served. Most restaurants fail to deliver great tasting chili and sambal for their dishes but not this place. Not only does the pan mee itself taste great, the flavors are actually enhanced when you decide to add in some of the great tasting chili provided by the restaurant. The dish left me filled and satisfied my craving for some hot and spicy egg noddles. I have since returned to this place for a meal multiple times.

Not your average pan mee

Homemade noodles, fresh half-boiled egg, minced meat and ultimately, homemade chili mix, all mix together to create a brilliant bowl of chilli pan mee. Top it up with a glass of ambra fruit juice to chill down if you get too hot or if you fancy a hot drink, I would recommend the 'fu zhu yi mi' (barley with tofu skin) - overall , it's a wonderful meal.

Me and my friends were once warned by the owner himself about taking too much chili mix. My friends took it as a dare and each took 2 big spoons of chili mix. At the end, one end up 'washing' his pan mee with the soup (provided with the pan mee) and others eating their pan mee while rubbing their sweats. The 'kick' in the chili was enjoyable but do remember, don't add the chili all at once.
