Greatest Con Company

Me and my friend was just standing outside of the gym and talking but this guy called Vincent in Chai Chee Lane that forces us into signing up the contract despite us being only aged 21 and 22 and just started working.
Right after, my friend loses her wallet in Thailand and wasn't able to pay for the fee and I have to be in and out of Singapore constantly due to work and lesiure and was initially told by one of the personal trainer that each year only need $100+ but then when signing up the contract, we were then told that there is the registration fee, processing fee and etc which added up to 1000+ for the first month and subsequently $200 per month. Although I myself do not want to spend the money to join, my friend was being persuaded by the hard selling and was looking at me. Looking at this, Vincent tried to keep pushing me to sign the contract by using my friend as a reason of me not joining the gym and because of me she will not be able to keep fit. It is already very hard to keep my savings as a 21 year old girl who just graduated and started her full-time job, but they would not care about it and forces you to sign up.

When we opted to cancel the membership fee due to lack of income, the indian lady give us a look of discrimination (despite she said she wasn't giving any attitude) and tell us that if we stop paying for the membership fee, our membership account will be frozed and subsequently there will be a lawyer letter to send, using it to "blackmail" us. This is not a very appropriate sales strategy they used and I will never recommend my friend to this gym. Scamming and lying gym that give no shit about your fitness.

Decent Gym

True Fitness is a gym I remembered going to 2 years ago as they were pestering about some offer. I thought that I could shut them up for good if I just went for it. And so I did. The True Fitness in Hartamas here is pretty decent. It's big but nothing that attracts me. The people working here seemed pretty young.

The machines all are in working order as far I had tried. The locker room is just like Fitness First, cramped but not too bad. I have no idea why exactly but it didn't seem like the right place for me. I prefer going to Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness rather than here.
