Robinsons is better
Isetan is probably better than Jusco but the price is also much higher than Jusco's. The bags are pretty and can be affordable during sales.
I don't really like the clothes at Isetan as most of them are terribly overpriced and they look like clothes at blogshops. The material of the clothes can be very thin and flimsy but the price would be at least RM200 per piece which is ridiculous in my opinion. Usually I would just stroll around if I happen to enter into an Isetan store.
Robinsons is better than Isetan because the clothes are of better quality.
Classiest Department Store I've Ever Seen
As of now, I've only noticed two Isetan department stores. One in Suria KLCC and the other in 1Utama shopping complex. And both branches definitely has this upper class aura going about it. But it's just the looks and vibe, nothing more. Anyway, I don't visit Isetan often since there aren't many branches around...or at least, that I am aware of. Much like Jusco, it is much better to visit during the sales season.
You can pretty much find virtually anything here. From food to clothes to perfumes, it's a good place to go if you're in the mood for shopping. Of course, don't go around expecting a Playstation or Xbox here being sold. Though, from my point of view, I prefer Jusco but that's just because I'm more familiar with it than Isetan. But I would still advise people to check this place out to see if the items here are more suited for them.
