Canton-I brings famous Hong Kong cuisine to Malaysian shores. It serves typical Asian food with roots from Hong Kong and Guangzhou cuisine. there are many varieties of food to choose from. Ranging from appetizers to epic course meals and to delicious desserts.Unfortunately, the restaurant is non-Halal.

Great food, great setting.

The first time I came into Canton-i, the setting looked beautiful. It has a white flowery design on their walls, with bamboo sticks placed by the walls. It was like a carefully thought out design, so I really appreciated what they did with it. Then comes the food. The amazing congee mixed with their char siew was simply irresistible, and some of their dim-sums I ordered tasted heavenly. Just thinking about it makes me feel hungry again!

What surprised me even more was the price. My entire meal wasn't expensive at all. Overall, I recommend this to everyone to at least try this restaurant once, as you will not regret it.

Enjoying the best of Chinese food

One of the best places to go for delicious congee and roast pork (char siew). You would be led to your seat by the friendly staff and be served a small bowl of nuts as you make your order. There is a huge variety of food that all look so hard to resist and absolutely mouth-watering.

I would always go for a bowl of their salted egg congee. It comes with salted egg (as per name), some shredded chicken and fishballs. The quality of the congee is absolutely out of this world. Upon consumption, the congee feels more like putting silk on your tongue than watery porridge. It is fragrant, it is delicious and it is definitely worth a try for food lovers and non-lovers alike! The size of the portion does not disappoint either as it guarantees you don't have to order anything else. By the time you finish off the congee you will be so full, you will be rolling out of the restaurant.
