Wonderful herbal chicken!

The only dish you would ever have to order here is the delicious and succulent herbal wrapped chicken. On first glance it may seem somewhat oily to people but the taste more than makes up for it as it leaves a mouth watering aftertaste that leaves you wanting more. The restaurant is also air conditioned and there are many more dishes that one can order so I will leave that to you to find out.

Amazing paper-wrapped herbal chicken !

My first intro to this restaurant was...surprisingly, from it's immediate neighbour eatery named Zhu-Lin Paper wrapped chicken (also specialising in similar dishes).
It was just so one afternoon that I decided to skip the latter and head straight to Teck Sing as it was airconditioned...and the decision was great...and we have stayed with Teck SIng ever since whenever we are around the Taman Sentosa area.

As the name meals at Teck Sing is complete without the signature paper wrapped herbal chicken...the soft, succulent and juicy young chicken. Of course , they have Curry Fish Head...but since I am no fan of that dish...I am unable to comment that dish. But the many patrons who ordered that dish might be an indication that it's good.

My favourable side dishes would be Kang Kong with Sambal Chilli ,Stewed Pork with Salted Vegetable, Hock Chew delicacies and when the occasion calls for it, - Claypot Chicken with Chinese Red Wine and Brinjal are pretty really nice too. But frankly, I can't remember having a bad meal at Teck Sing....

My only grouse is the parking problem outside the eatery as the entrance faces a busy sloping either park at the "free" parking along the canal at the roll of private houses or wait a long time for a car park lot or pay the forever present "official valet".
