Great restaurant to try out

Chinese cuisine has many different flavors and I am glad to be a part of that. I had the chance to go to this restaurant when my relatives brought me over for a big gathering. The food served here came quick and we ordered a variety of great dishes such as pandan chicken, fried sweet and sour fish, and some fried squid. All of them came very fast and their service was exceptionally good. It is definitely a place where you should at least try once.

Very delicious food

This place is well-known for the beggar chickens and ducks. I have tried the beggar chicken, I would say that it tastes like any other herbal chicken. The chicken meat was very soft, way too soft, in fact, due to the long cooking time. To be honest, I actually slightly prefer the normal herbal chicken due to the harder meat.

I also had the soup which frankly, doesn't taste different being placed in a winter melon. The food which I highly recommend is the boneless fish, it is a specialty that tastes different (yay!) and is very good. The fish meat is mixed with all sorts of stuff to become a different kind of fishball/fishcake and then stuffed back into the fish, covered by the skin of the fish, which doesn't seem easy.

They have other signature dishes such as the fried tofu and beggar pork ribs which I really want to try but unfortunately this place is too far from my house.
