Worst hotel

Check-in and check-out process were rather slow. Front desk staffs are inefficient and have no experience in customer service. And they don't have free wifi for guests. You have to pay for the internet. That's just sad.

Food here was the worst. Everything is simply tasteless and horrible. Try to eat out. You can save a lot and have much variety indeed.

The rooms are terrible. Furniture are old and the room looks so sad I think it used to be in its full glory long time ago. Some of the equipment in the room are not functional and the air-conditioner was always warm so I had to call the operator and they took so long to come and fix it.

Please, stay away from this place.

Great location, great service

This hotel is very conveniently located right above a shopping mall. However, I personally don't like that shopping mall because there's nothing worth buying there. I've only been there to eat at Mcdonald's. The plus side of their convenient location is that it's extremely near Sunway Pyramid. Not of walking distance - because there's a highway anyway- but near enough for a 5-minute drive.

Rooms are not of 5 star standard but you get what you pay for. I'm pretty satisfied with the cleanliness and the service of the hotel. The staff are really friendly and they would always greet us whenever they see us. One thing I like about this hotel is that it's really affordable and at the same time, not many people stay here, which puzzles me, but it means that I can easily get a room during peak season.

A Nice Hotel~

Went there when I had my training. It looked luxury, the interior designs looked so classic and royal. Along the way from lobby to lift are come collections which I have no idea what they are, but it dis give me an impression: it's so artistic! Talk about the room, i made some small mistake when activated the electric supply in room: instead of putting the card gently, we pressed the card down to the bottom of the adapter, and it ended up with electric supply cut. We even call the technician to fix it! So embarassing! My second impression on the hotel is: the air-cond is damn cold. Overall, it's not bad!
